In 2025, we acquired Fjord Defence AS and Scanfiber Composites A/S, two Scandinavian niche suppliers of advanced defence related equipment with a strong position in their markets. Led by CEO Jon Asbjørn Bø, we pursue long-term growth through selective acquisitions and operational momentum. We are listed on Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker DFENS.
